Naren Arulrajah is a self-made entrepreneur. His vision for Growing Dentist podcast series does not stop with professional growth. Naren is equally invested in personal success for dentists who often forget or ignore their personal lives for professional success.

Service and excellence are the cornerstones of Naren’s entrepreneurial journey. But he also believes, success is best enjoyed only when you know what failure looks like. He fully believes that success does not happen in isolation. Its effects are far reaching and far more wholesome when it impacts the lives of not only an individual, but also his relationships.

His passion stems from his unique ability as a visionary. Naren’s association with leading dentists spans more than a decade and during this time he has had the unique opportunity to work closely and understand the specific challenges that dentists face in their work and in their lives. This is what drove him to envision and create GrowingDentist.com.

Naren’s vision for Growing Dentist is simple – help dentists create a Bigger Future. A Bigger Future for their clients, themselves, their families, their teams and of course the community at large.

In 1981, Owens-Illinois, the 6th largest glass plant in the world, closed its doors. What followed was a domino effect of failed businesses, staggering unemployment and a devastatingly bleak economy. That was the year after Dr. Steven Rasner opened his practice in the same town. Regrettably, since that time, Bridgeton, NJ has remained nationally ranked for its unemployment, poverty level and lack of growth.

During this same period, Dr. Rasner has nurtured a private, fee-for-service practice that commands fees in the top percentile in the nation. It grosses over 4.1 million per year on a four-day workweek with a “two day per week” associate and a “substantial bottom line.” His team of 16 has been with the practice an average of 16 years. Dr. Rasner takes an active roll in his community and received a Congressional Recognition Award in 2000 for his civic contributions.

Dr. Rasner has published multiple books, including: The Protocol Book; The Art of Getting Paid; and The Bullet Proof Guide to the Extraordinary Practice.

Check out his website at www.realizingthedream.com
